What counts as a staff account?
Anyone your admins invite to sign in: hosts, admins and staff taking training. People who just join a live game with the room code don't need an account and don't count.
Canadian customers are billed in Canadian dollars, with sales tax added at checkout. Cancel any time from your billing page.
Got a licence key?
If IT Support 101 gave you a key that looks like XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX, an admin can enter it on the Licence page after signing in. Your plan starts straight away.
